“…a place where education, research, work, living, and leisure naturally come together.”
A new residential tower envisioned in the heart of Coolhaven—not just as extra housing, but as a catalyst for liveliness, community, and connection. This development will activate the area with new public spaces, places to meet, and opportunities to stay.

This ambition was already captured back in 2010 in the Masterplan Coolhaven, which included a dynamic urban district with a mix of functions and users, set within a high-quality public space. With the arrival of Little C, part of that vision has already come to life, mainly through high-end housing, hospitality, and businesses.

A Campus with Public Value
For Hogeschool Rotterdam, this development also offers a valuable opportunity: to create a high-quality outdoor space that supports both educational and community use. Such a space, designed for comfort and social interaction, aligns with the goals of a modern, open campus environment.
